New Week, New Idea!!

As we sat home bored and unable to go anywhere to buy supplies or complete many of our ideas, Allie and I decided that we would try something brand new. Something that would be easy to do at our houses, whether we were together or not. This new ideas is a PODCAST! It's not yet published, but the first episode has been recorded. We are calling it "the idea journal" as it is an extension of this project. It is not going to contain any of our ideas or experiences with this project, but it is going to quite literally be a verbal "journal" of sorts of our thoughts, ideas, and opinions.
Our goal is to record an episode a week. We hope to tackle topics such as politics, religion, the Enneagram (our FAVORITE personality test), advice columns, current events, mental health, and so much more. We will start by researching the given topic on our own and then come together as we record to share our individual insights. We hope to engage with listeners to hopefully get some new insight as well.
This is not meant to replace the ORIGINAL Idea Journal, but in a time where we are not able to be together to complete the ideas that we hoped to complete, this is a nice and stimulating way to pass the time that will still tie into our project.
Something else we did was give each other matching hair wraps. I wanted to dye the front strands of my hair purple because I wanted a change and also we won't be at school for anyone to see me. Allie did not endorse the idea, so we decided the hair wraps would be the next best thing (and less permanent). I had to redo Allie's multiple times and it still turned out pretty poorly. Allie seemed to know just what she was doing and mine turned out great!

Here they are! That's all from us for the week, but we hope to catch you on here next week. Hang in there!!!

Yay! Nothing wrong with a few more podcasts being put out there. I'm looking forward to seeing your first episode. Let me know where it'll be posted, and I'll be sure to watch and help promote it on my socials.
