WE'VE BEEN BUSY

Hello and happy Sunday!! This week we have gotten so. much. done. As much as we hated to do this, we finally sat down and got realistic about which of our ideas were achievable and which were not. That meant saying goodbye to a lot of our favorite ideas that we've been looking forward to doing. We assured ourselves that we'd eventually do them when everything goes back to normal, they just won't be included in our project sadly.

After revising our list, we decided to go through and knock em out. This week was by far the most productive we've been this whole project. It feels good to finally have some good footage we can use for our final product. Here's a screenshot of a clip we got this past week of us trying to learn how to skate. Stay tuned to find out whether or not this attempt was successful..

Speaking of the final product, we will be focusing this week on learning to edit all our clips together with background music. Neither of us are very tech savvy, so there might be a bit of a learning curve. We're getting excited as we near the end! We compiled all the clips we have into an album on the photos app and everytime we go through our videos we can't help but smile. This project has helped us create so many memories. It encouraged us to have footage of these memories, too, which is such a gift. We can't wait to see how the end result will turn out, even if it doesn't look how we imagined in the beginning.

Besides learning to skate, we also made a clothesline, made a time capsule, found tons of four leaf clovers, wrote and sent out letters to our friends, tried our hand at some gardening, went for a picinic, learned to juggle, and continued with our goal of running a mile a day (which hasn't been as consistent as we hoped).

Most importantly, we had fun, which is something we haven't had much of over quarentine. We encourage you to go out this week and do something that sounds fun to you. Catch you here next Sunday!!
